Cole is the CEO and Chief Strategist at GroMo Agency. His primary duties are to guide GroMo’s growth, set and oversee the execution of our strategy, lead and contribute to GroMo’s culture, and support the entire GroMo team so that they can do amazing things with our clients. Cole is an insightful and creative leader with a passion for connecting strategies to real-world revenue programs that deliver measurable results. He brings over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of technology, digital media, and strategy in senior executive, marketing, sales, and business development roles. His entire career has been focused on creating profitable revenue growth for companies as an agency partner. He has grown revenue, increased engagement and improved customer experience for well-known brands across a variety of industries including technology, SaaS, healthcare, telecom, digital media, interactive advertising, online and traditional retail, data storage and financial services. A passionate, lifelong learner, he constantly researches emerging trends and technologies in modern marketing, sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Omar Aridi .
Omar is the COO and Chief Financial Officer at GroMo Agency. In this role, Omar provides deep subject matter expertise and strategic input to GroMo’s account teams and clients. Omar is a second generation agency owner and 20 year veteran of B2B sales and marketing teams. His experience comes from working with companies of all sizes, from early stage startups to large enterprises. This career path has given him a diverse set of experiences and knowledge of how to operate high growth sales teams. He has held a variety of sales leadership roles both direct and indirect sales, strategic alliances, and sales development. Omar is an active member of the industry, focused on driving growth by retaining, integrating and growing the digital creative talent and culture.
